I was not sure about the identity of this plant.Thanks to the information given to me by a BirdForum member I now know for sure that it is a Biting Stonecrop, also called wall-pepper from its peppery-tasting yellowish-green leaves. It grows on grassland, shingle, dunes and walls.Joëlle
I am very much an anglophile.Ever since 1967 when I stayed in England(Stockton-on-Tees)I have loved Britain.Over the years I have visited this country many times.I often stay in the north-west with my friend Kim.She is the one who first took me birdwatching and taught me how to use a computer ,take and edit digital photographs.She has been very encouraging when I first thought of starting this blog.But I am still in awe of computers and so I kept dragging my feet.She threatened to "kick my bum" if I didn't get going.That did it!
