At the beginning of june, we spent three days in the Brenne region and did most of our birdwatching in the vicinity of the Chérine reserve. Last year, we had stayed there at the end of may and we had seen a short-toed eagle and a golden oriole.No such luck this time! But we saw other birds such as red-backed shrikes ,black kites, whiskered terns,a night heron and a cattle egret.
Début juin, nous avons passé trois jours dans la Brenne et nous avons fait la plupart de nos observations d'oiseaux dans le voisinage de la réserve de Chérine.L'année dernière, nous étions venues fin mai et nous avions vu un circaète Jean-le-Blanc et un loriod . Nous n'avons pas eu cette chance cette fois-ci.Mais nous avons observé d'autres oiseaux tels que le pie-grièche écorcheur , le milan noir , la guifette moustac ,un bihoreau gris et un héron gardeboeufs.

Birds with their young ( Des oiseaux avec leurs petits)
There were a lot of young birds with their parents, especially black-necked grebes.
Il y avait beaucoup de jeunes oiseaux avec leurs parents, en particulier des grèbes à cou noir.
